What to know before you subscribe.
How does billing work?
You can pay monthly or yearly, and yearly billing saves 20%. Either way, the cycle runs from your subscription date.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Billing in your account. For Enterprise pricing, contact us directly.
When can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you move to the free tier. There are no refunds for the unused part of a cycle.
What happens to messages I do not use?
Message allowances reset at the start of each monthly cycle and do not roll over. Bonus and promotional credits are tracked separately and follow their own terms.
How do I track my usage?
Your account shows how many messages you have used against your monthly allowance under Subscription, so you can see where you stand at any point in the cycle.
